Brisbane Valley Funerals is a local family owned and operated business based in Esk, Queensland.

We offer burial, cremation and memorial services at various venues including our own 'Courthouse Chapel'.

We provide affordable caring and personalised service throughout the funeral arrangement process.

No two funerals are the same, and we feel privileged to help families honour their loved one's life - in whatever form that takes - from traditional church services to life celebrations, and anything in between.

The Courthouse Chapel

The Courthouse Chapel was built in 1905 and was originally the Esk Courthouse and Police Station.

After its second relocation, the Courthouse has been transformed into a quaint chapel, while still retaining many of its original features. It boasts modern audio visual equipment, is air-conditioned and has an inviting wrap around verandah. The Chapel is also available to celebrate life events including weddings and naming days.

Additional seating can be arranged on the grassed areas if a larger number of guests are expected.

Evening services are also available.

Planning Ahead

We plan ahead for many things in our lives - weddings, holidays, retirement - so why wouldn't we plan ahead for our funeral?

Many people are now realising that this can alleviate a lot of the burden that mourning family members have to face. Instead, they can rest assure that their loved one is being remembered just the way they would have wanted.

If you would like to plan ahead, please contact us for an obligation free consultation.

If you are interested in pre-paying your funeral, we can discuss the options to see what would suit you best (ie. Funeral Bond vs Funeral Insurance).
